Australand bought the site to develop a large, medium density housing estate. One of the primary attractions of the site is the commitment to providing a significant proportion of parkland and public open spaces with entry feature walls, a Central Park, Heritage Drive and streetscape planting forming a part of Stage 1. Our scope of works included concrete and asphalt cycle ways, sandstone entry walls, concrete and brick blade walls, lighting, drainage, playgrounds, fencing, irrigation, soil works, planting and turfing.
