BOTANICA RESIDENTIAL ESTATE
Formerly the site of Lidcombe Hospital, it was then used as the tempoary media village for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. One of the primary attractions of the site is the commitment to providing significant proportion of parkland and public open spaces with entry feature walls, a Central Park, Heritage Drive and streetscape plantings.
Our scope of works included concrete and ssphalt cycle ways, sandstone entry walls, concrete and brick blade walls, lighting, drainage, playgrounds, fencing, irrigation, soil works, planting & turfing.
