SEASCAPES AT FIGTREE HILL
Formerly the site of a dairy farm, Cornish Group purchased the site as a staged development for residential housing.
As part of the development approval, vast areas of open space, including waterfrontages and bushland corridors was dedicated as public open space.
Our works included, detailed earthworks, bush regeneration, timber boardwalks & bridges, concrete cycleways, Flora & Fauna protective fencing, natural stone walls, street tree & mass planting.
